Floor Plans

The St. Lucia is a 3/2 with 1654 square feet of living area. A great option for a bigger sized home
The St. Croix is one of our most popular models featuring a split floor plan with a huge kitchen counter top.
The St. Vincent is our smallest of the Signature Series homes, but has proven to be a very popular floor plan and is very affordable.
The St. Martin is a little bigger than the St. Vincent, and features a nice split plan with a wonderful kitchen area.
The St. Thomas is our largest home, and is a 4 bedroom plan. This is an absolutely stunning home with almost 1800 square feet.
The Boca Grande II is a plan featuring a flex space that can act as a fourth bedroom.
