We will walk you through the financial process of determining if you are approved. We have a good idea for what our lenders are looking for in an applicant, so after asking you some basic questions, we will have a good idea if you will qualify or not. If things are looking good, we’ll get you in touch with a lender that we think will best suit your situation.

We have quite a few floor plans to choose from. Rather than have you pick a floor plan first, we want to see what your budget will allow for, then we use that to help narrow down what floor plans will work for you.

No, you get to pick out the lot that you want (that falls into the budget allowed for each area) and we will purchase it for you and roll it into the total cost of the home. If you want a more expensive lot, we can add it into the price of the home as well, but your payment will be higher.

Right now we are averaging around 5-7 months for a completion date. This can vary with availability of materials and the temperament of Florida summer rain and storms.
Most folks we talk to are nervous, unsure, and don't fully understand the process of building a new home. That's why we're here to educate you on every little step, and show you the way. We handle everything from getting you approved with a lender, helping you find a lot, to handing you your keys on move in day.
Design
All our floor plans were specifically designed to eliminate wasted space. Additions like paver driveways and porches, tiled showers, and high ceilings define the space, and dazzle the eyes. Those who see our completed homes simply can't believe what we're giving away for the price.
Technology
Rather than use traditional concrete block, new developments in construction techniques allow us to use styrofoam blocks filled with concrete (outlined in the video to the left). This creates a tremendously efficient environment, meaning extremely low electric bills. These heavily reinforced walls are superior to regular concrete block in terms of moisture and wind resistance. The simplicity of this style of construction allows us for us to put your money into better amenities.
Character
Affordable doesn't mean compromise. We're people too, so we know what's good, and what's bad. Charming touches come standard, because they're what makes a home, well, a home. Most new construction calls for endless upgrades to get the home you want, but not here. If you have special design requests, we do our best to keep it budget friendly.
