We will walk you through the financial process of determining if you are approved. We have a good idea for what our lenders are looking for in an applicant, so after asking you some basic questions, we will have a good idea if you will qualify or not. If things are looking good, we’ll get you in touch with a lender that we think will best suit your situation.

We have quite a few floor plans to choose from. Rather than have you pick a floor plan first, we want to see what your budget will allow for, then we use that to help narrow down what floor plans will work for you.

No, you get to pick out the lot that you want (that falls into the budget allowed for each area) and we will purchase it for you and roll it into the total cost of the home. If you want a more expensive lot, we can add it into the price of the home as well, but your payment will be higher.

Right now we are averaging around 5-7 months for a completion date. This can vary with availability of materials and the temperament of Florida summer rain and storms.
